Terms of Service

By accessing or using the ArigoFX website (arigofxtrading.com), the trading platform (platform.arigofxtrading.com), and any related services (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Services.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("you", "your", "Client") and ArigoFx Ltd ("ArigoFX", "we", "us", "our"), a company registered in Saint Lucia under registration number 2025-00368.

To open a trading account, you must be at least 18 years of age (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction) and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration and to keep your account information updated. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

Our services are not available to residents of the United States of America, Iran, North Korea, Russia, Myanmar, or any other jurisdiction where such services would be prohibited by applicable law. It is your responsibility to ensure that your use of the Services complies with the laws of your jurisdiction.

ArigoFX provides a multi-asset trading platform offering access to foreign exchange (forex), cryptocurrencies, indices, and commodities. Trading is executed through our integrated platform or via TradingView charts where applicable.

You acknowledge that trading in leveraged financial products involves significant risk and may result in the loss of some or all of your invested capital. Past performance does not guarantee future results. For full details, please review our Risk Disclosure.

We strive to provide competitive spreads starting from 0.0 pips and fast order execution; however, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access, specific execution prices, or zero slippage, particularly during periods of market volatility or low liquidity.

You may fund your account using supported payment methods, which may include UPI, bank transfer, and cryptocurrency depending on your region. Minimum deposit amounts and applicable fees, if any, are displayed on the platform at the time of transaction.

Withdrawals are processed to the original source of funds in accordance with anti-money laundering (AML) regulations. While we aim to process withdrawals as quickly as possible — often within minutes for UPI — processing times may vary depending on the payment provider and verification requirements.

You authorize us to verify your identity and the source of funds before processing deposits and withdrawals, in compliance with international AML and Know Your Customer (KYC) standards.

Our copy trading feature allows you to automatically replicate the trades of selected strategy providers. Past performance of any strategy provider is not indicative of future results, and we do not guarantee the profitability of any copied strategy.

AI-powered and algorithmic trading tools are provided as assistive technology only. They do not constitute financial advice or a guarantee of profit. You remain solely responsible for all trading decisions and outcomes.

ArigoFX may charge spreads, commissions, overnight swap fees, inactivity fees, or other charges as described on the platform. Fee schedules are subject to change with reasonable notice. You are responsible for reviewing the applicable fees before executing any transaction.

You agree not to: (a) use the Services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose; (b) engage in abusive trading strategies such as arbitrage exploitation, latency arbitrage, or hedging between linked accounts; (c) attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to our systems; (d) use the Services to launder money or finance unlawful activity; or (e) violate any applicable law or regulation.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts and void trades that we determine, in good faith, to involve prohibited or abusive activity.

All content on the ArigoFX website and platform — including logos, text, graphics, software, and design — is the property of ArigoFx Ltd or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our content without prior written consent.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ArigoFx Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, arising from your use of or inability to use the Services.

We are not liable for losses resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to market volatility, internet or communication failures, third-party service outages, or force majeure events.

You may close your account at any time by contacting support@arigofx.com, provided all open positions are closed and obligations are settled.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without cause, and to close any open positions. Upon termination, remaining funds (if any) will be returned to your original deposit method, subject to verification.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the platform or by email. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Saint Lucia. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Saint Lucia.
